Role & Responsibilities:
1. Providing leadership in the development and ongoing evaluation of short and long term strategic Financial objectives
2. Take the lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive cost system with effective cash management
3. Engage with bankers to secure financial closure and project financing
4. Evaluate and provide strategic advice on the impact of long-term planning, the introduction of new programs & strategies along with regulatory actions
5. Advice Executive management on the financial implications of business activities
6. Ensuring effective internal controls are in place and compliance with accounting standards and applicable as well as federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
7. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities
8. Manage the processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting to the company
