DIP-O&M Head will ensure uptime and cost alignment with ABP, focuses on improvement initiatives and failure analysis, achieves machine availability, reduces breakdowns, ensures quality maintenance, capacity utilization, planning, and budgeting, and maintains knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment, APQP, lean manufacturing, and quality systems Key Focus Area : 1.To ensure uptime & consumption cost in line with the ABP. 2.Focusing on improvement initiatives and analysis of failures (Like RCA, FEMA / MTBF/ MTTR). Asset 3.Achieving machine availability, reducing electrical, Instrumentation breakdown and failure of equipment's, ensure adherence to maintenance schedules. Review of  PM schedules and shutdown jobs 4.Ensuring right quality of Maintenance activities and Analysis. Spares Planning and availability to improve the product efficiency. 5.Capacity Utilization of Equipment’s & Manpower Utilization along with people development 6.Planning and budgeting, inventory control in co-ordination with suppliers and customers for smooth functioning and achieving of target. 7.Knowledge of electrical maintenance, 3ph rotating machine, HT switch gear, power system & protection and basic Mechanical equipment. 8.Good understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and lean manufacturing. 9.Good knowledge of Quality System , Legal Requirements , safety and environmental Procedures , 5S management  System and Asset optimization

"Head HCO&VCO oversees Health, Safety, Environment, and Vertical Coke Oven Operations, ensuring HSES compliance, smooth plant functioning, commissioning, efficient production, performance monitoring, coal procurement, resource allocation, process control, and procedural review. Key Focus Area 1.Ensuring HSES compliance to statutory requirements 2.Overall Smooth functioning of Operation & Maintenance of Coke Oven plant 3.Start Up & Smooth Commissioning of Vertical Coke Oven 4.Responsible for ensuring Production as per plan using economical coal blend and utilities , Cost optimization of coal blend. 5.Oven Performance Monitoring, Blend Formation & Developments of Coke Oven plant  6.Ensuring coal procurement planning and provide Coke Quality as per Blast Furnace requirement. 7.Responsible for resource allocation & optimal utilization of manpower for operational activities at Coke Oven plant. 8. Ensuring Oven process control, Oven availability and controlling key process indicators such as Yield, fitness, emissions etc., Review of system  procedures and training to subordinates

As the Director of Steel SBU, you'll be a key driver in propelling our company's growth, market presence, and innovation to new heights. Key focus areas: 1.Monitoring and reviewing Steel Melting Shop, Lime & Dolo Plant, Secondary Operations, Bar Mill, and Wire Rod Mill performance with respect to Safety, production, Quality and Cost on daily basis and taking necessary action to meet the ABP target. 2.Planning of complete Operation and Maintenance budget and control to ensure Production as per ABP target. 3. Ensure consistent product quality by regular reviews towards less process deviation and zero rejection. Maintaining high quality standards to meet Export and Domestic markets. 4. for external customers and address customer requirements and concerns. Generating CAPA for customer complaints along with QA 5. Focus on ESG initiatives. Reduce specific water, fuel and energy consumption. Monitor and review the Scrap processing operations and its resource utilisation. Zero Waste & Zero Discharge. Ensure Environmental standards are complied. 6.Planning maintenance and shutdown activities with Central Maintenance agencies.
