Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s land acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify potential land opportunities through market research, networking, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including land surveys, environmental assessments, and legal reviews, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
• Responsible for acquisition of Private and Govt. owned land under the relevant state rules & act, as applicable.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements, including price, terms, and conditions, while maintaining positive relationships with landowners and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for proper filling/ documentation of the acquired land related statutory documents
• Accountable for approval of forest diversion proposal, if any, under FC act and FRA.

Desired Skills Required:
• Should be conversant with Land Acquisition Act and should have worked in Jharkhand
• Should have knowledge of sales/ lease/ mortgage/license/row transaction relating to the land.
• Experience in following up and monitoring land acquisition matters for the green field projects.
