We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Product Head for Sales & Marketing of our Ductile Iron Pipe division. This role is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, industry expertise, and a passion for driving business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the annual business plan and current estimates to achieve organizational goals
• Optimize Net Sales Realization (NSR) and ensure inventory aligns with business objectives
• Critical benchmarking with peers to ensure new product development, NSR optimization and customer development
• Use of digitalization to bring in customer delight and focus to book 100% of sales via digital online price discovery
• Strengthen customer relationships by securing volumes through MOUs and long-term contracts
• Continuous update of market and industry while ensuring to create positive brand awareness

• Proven ability in business planning, inventory optimization, and customer relationship management
